Leila Hogan is a People and Culture professional specialising in Leadership, team and organisational development and strategy. Previously, she held the positions of Leadership Coach & Manager Organisational Development at Wollongong City Council alongside other senior roles in strategy and Human Resources at BHP, the Port Kembla Coal Terminal, BlueScope Steel, South32, SCE Group, and the NSW State Emergency Service.

She has led HR functions across heavy industries and billion dollar mining projects. She is a seasoned coach and actively pursues an interest in organisational, team & individual growth, mental health, building inclusive high performance organisational cultures & cultivating resilience and self-regulation across all organisational levels. When she’s not working, you’ll find her working on her small holding, caring for her menagerie and most importantly, the three men in her life.
