Leigh has over 28 years of experience within the industrial and manufacturing sectors in the disciplines of Human Resources, Marketing, Communications and Culture.

Leigh’s career with Ampcontrol began in 2003 where she’s held various senior leadership roles within the company, managing the portfolios of Human Resources, Work Health & Safety, Communications and Marketing. In 2009 she was appointed as Executive General Manager – People and Engagement.

Leigh oversees the shared services divisions of People, Recruitment, Learning & Development, Administration, Communications, Marketing & Stakeholder Engagement. Leigh is responsible for leading these portfolios to build a culture and team of capable, valued and engaged people, striving to achieve the organisation’s strategic goals.
