Globally experienced across 15 countries, Kylie has been at the forefront of important macro trends, global conversations that matter and innovative business models. Kylie is an expert on corporate reputation and has worked with small, medium and large companies with private equity firms as her investors.

Kylie is known as a diversity champion and passionate culture builder that knows how to build talented management teams. She is the co-author of The Leadership MindSwitch which is about leading and managing in the context of a digitally disrupted world. Kylie has an MBA from Oxford University and is a trained economist with 10 years experience in financial markets in addition to her 20 years of operational experience. She is an enthusiastic equestrian and hiker and mother to three wonderful humans.
