Kylie was appointed CEO, Investment Management at Stockland in November 2023. In this role, Kylie has responsibility for all Stockland owned investments and asset management across all asset classes, property management, leasing and funds management of the expanding capital partner platform.

Kylie has over 25 years’ experience in property funds management. She was previously Head of Real Estate at AMP Capital and has held funds management, audit and advisory roles at Lendlease and Arthur Andersen.

Kylie has a Bachelor of Commerce (Land Economics), a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from Finsia and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). She is a member of Chief Executive Women, Property Champions of Change and a Shopping Centre Council Board member.
