Kaylene is an experienced CEO and business leader with a track record of delivering results, driving change and building inclusive and diverse cultures.

Her key skill areas are strategy and planning, post merger integration, tech and innovation, building strong exec teams and best practice in HR and culture programs.

Her most recent role was leading Capgemini in Australia and New Zealand to deliver substantial growth including the acquisition and full integration of four diverse IT businesses. The business tripled in size, shifted market positioning and increased brand recognition. The business also won more complex and larger deals. Driving key growth areas of cloud, cyber security, engineering, intelligent industry, digital customer experience, AI and automation, enterprise transformation, ERP and cost reduction.

Her industry depth is Public Sector including Defence, Education and Transport, plus Telco and Utilities.

Kaylene has 30 years experience in Consulting and IT services with 15 of those years in P&L ownership roles. Her leadership roles include CEO and whilst at Deloitte; Managing Partner of Deloitte Consulting Australia which is the largest business line of Deloitte, Chief Operating Officer for Consulting, and Lead Partner nationally for Technology Strategy and Transformation.

She is the 2023 winner of the CEO/HR Champion award from the AHRI. Kaylene served as a Board member of VicICT for Women for five years, and a past winner of the Australian iAwards for the Victorian ICT female professional of the year. A current member of Chief Executive Women (CEW) and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors course (GAICD).
