Kaylene is a Tax Advisory Partner and is the Managing Partner of the KPMG office in Greater Western Sydney. Kaylene has 25 years experience in providing tax advice to corporates, including ASX listed entities, private groups and multinationals across a wide range of industries. Her expertise includes developing appropriate business structures and funding arrangements, mergers and acquisitions, restructures and assisting clients in their dealings with the Australian Taxation Office.

She has extensive experience in dealing with cross border taxation issues, including transfer pricing, thin capitalisation, profit repatriation and structuring of business operations and expansion.
Kaylene has a deep interest and experience in the not-for-profit and charity sector. Kaylene has worked extensively with not-for-profit entities seeking to change their corporate and tax structure, in seeking charity status and DGR status, and in advising not-for-profit entities regarding their governance and compliance obligations. Kaylene is passionate about empowering the sector to grow, impact and adapt in a changing environment.

Kaylene is the Chair of the board of Arthritis Australia and a non-executive Director of the Fair Fight Foundation. She is a member of the Australian Taxation Office Not-for-Profit Stewardship Committee.
