Kay Kutt is the CEO for Silk Relo Limited (formerly known as Asian Tigers Mobility Limited), a leading relocation service provider in Asia. With offices across 13 countries throughout Asia, Silk Relo’s core services include Visa & Immigration as well as Destination and Moving Services. Silk Relo is a sister company to the Asian Tigers Group which has been providing Household Goods Services for almost 60 years. Kay has more than 25 years in senior leadership roles and more than 20 years in the relocation industry.

Kay has held board positions for both profit and not-for-profit organizations throughout her career. She is a director and current board member for Silk Relo and previously held board positions with not-for-profit organizations including the American Chamber of Commerce in HK, the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (werc) and most recently with HRCI (Human Resource Certification Institute) as their Governance Committee Chair. She holds multiple certifications and industry awards.
