Kathleen is the Executive Vice President and Chief of FedCash Services for Federal Reserve Financial Services. Kathleen’s team provides strategic direction to FedCash by guiding policies and procedures, managing national distribution and inventory for currency and coin, engaging cash supply chain participants, and supporting Cash Operations with business and technology solutions. She is also responsible for the Next Generation of processing equipment for the 28 Fed Cash centers.

Prior to joining FedCash Services in 2016, Kathleen held numerous leadership positions in the Federal Reserve System. These roles include overseeing information technology groups and more than 20 years in many areas of Federal Reserve Financial Services, including the Customer Relations and Support Office at the Chicago Fed and oversight of check and cash operations at the Atlanta Fed.

Kathleen holds a bachelor’s degree in business marketing from Florida State University. She also completed executive programs at Harvard Business School, Columbia University, and the Darden School of Business. She is active in the both the communities she lives and works in, having led the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco fundraising campaign for the United Way of the Bay Area, as an advocate and fundraiser for The ALS Network (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis), and starting the Kits for Kids program for the Walnut Creek, CA Surf Soccer Club. She is also an ambassador for @RefugeeSoccer and the #SheBelongs Program out of Salt Lake City.
