Katherine has developed a career that specialises in delivering innovative solutions to address complex systemic problems.

Currently the Acting Managing Director of an Australian software company, CSnet, she helps support the Community Services sector to better measure and tell the story of the impact they deliver.

Her experiences from working at the intersection of technology, data and finance, from small start-ups to large corporates, give her a good breath of experience to help others navigate a non-linear career path.

Her more interesting challenges have covered developing a innovative program for the Victorian Government to address the current affordable rental crisis, supporting the SEDI capacity building grants program and contribution to various board roles in the spaces of housing, ageing and youth employment.
