Katherine has extensive leadership experience in both publicly traded and privately held, high-growth companies across various sectors including fintech, telecommunications, and online platforms in Australia and internationally. Previously, she was the General
Counsel for iSelect Ltd, a consumer comparison platform. She has also held executive leadership positions at Westpac Bank, eNett International (a global travel payments provider) and REA Group Ltd (a market-leading online real estate platform).

Serves as Board member for CEPIC, an EU international non-profit organisation that serves as an advocate for the visual media industry.

Katherine serves as a Board member of CEPIC, which acts as a global trade association that advocates for the rights of visual content creators, rightsholders, and image agencies, while also promoting collaboration and setting industry standards. Katherine is
also a member of the Legal Committee of the Digital Media Licensing Association, a US-based trade association that represents the media and licensing industry focusing on advocacy and connectivity.
