Katerina is a Senior Customer Success executive with over 20 years of experience in technology, financial services, business intelligence and human capital consulting sectors in Asia, Australia, Europe and USA. She is currently working at Dayforce as VP of Customer Success for APJ region. Katerina is ex Salesforce, Tableau, LinkedIn and Cisco. Her professional experience includes working as an Executive MBA Teaching Associate at the University of Warwick and Warwick Business School in the UK, and certifying as Leadership Coach by ICF, CTI and Leadership Circle.
