Kate Pollard is an experienced founder and marketing leader with experience across B2B, B2C, and SaaS. She has worked with some of Australia’s biggest brands — Accenture, CBA, NAB, and realestate.com.au — leading business strategy and executing scalable growth initiatives that drive customer acquisition, retention, and profitability.

Most recently, as a founder and Co-CEO, Kate launched, grew, and successfully exited a global HR Tech start-up, Circle In. She was also named one of The Australian’s Top 100 Innovators in both 2023 and 2024 and is a recipient of the Telstra Business Award.

Her strength lies in simplifying complex problems and turning strategy into action. With 25 years of experience spanning professional services, real estate, and tech, she brings deep expertise across marketing and GTM, helping ambitious leaders unlock growth and scale.
