Karen Howard is a highly experienced Non-Executive Director, Board and Committee Chair, overseeing organisations with property assets valued at ~$3.4 billion across ANZ. She also serves on board managing Trusts and Foundations with FUM ranging from $1.4 million to $25 million and has expertise in scaling, selling, and listing businesses on the ASX.

Over 24 years, Karen has held 14 board roles across private and public companies, non-profits, and government bodies in sectors including tourism, property, mutuals, small business, health, education, and M&A. She has deep expertise in private-to-public transitions, advisor engagement, and due diligence processes.

A Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors since 2009, Karen is also a Qualified and Nationally Accredited Mediator.
