Karen Fellowes KC is senior counsel with Stikeman Elliott LLP, one of Canada's premier business law firms, and is the Western Canada leader of their restructuring practice. She has 30 years experience as a trusted legal advisor, protecting the interests of stakeholders in time of financial distress. She is called to the Bar of Ontario, Alberta and BC, and is President of Pro Bono Law Alberta. Karen is also Vice-Chair of the International Women's Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation, a member of the International Insolvency Institute, and a mentor with the Law Society of Alberta. In 2020, Karen was awarded her King's Counsel (KC) designation in recognition of her expertise and contributions to the profession.
