Juliet is a tourism, economic development and place management leader. Beginning her career in events and hospitality, she joined Brisbane Economic Development Agency (BEDA) in 2008 and served in several senior business and event attraction roles before being appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2021. Juliet was appointed Chief Executive Officer of City Parklands in October 2025, leading the management and activation of some of Brisbane’s most prominent parklands and public spaces.

Juliet’s ability to forge strong partnerships across government, industry and community sectors has been critical in advancing Brisbane’s economic agenda and shaping vibrant public places that are loved by locals and sought out by visitors.

Juliet is a former Non-Executive Director of the Queensland Tourism Industry Council, City Parklands, and the Association of Australian Convention Bureaux.
