Playful Purpose
Julie Trell, is a visionary leader known for challenging norms and driving innovation. During her tenure at tech scale-ups in the corporate philanthropy space, Julie established herself as a catalyst for positive change and a connector of people and ideas. Her unique perspective, clever titles, and fresh thinking have allowed her to cultivate genuine, long-lasting relationships with community partners, employees, customers, investors, and founders alike.
Julie has always been an advocate for incorporating improv principles into various aspects of life and work. Recognising the power of play and improv to enhance creativity, collaboration, and personal growth, she has utilised these principles in her roles at organisations such as Head of muru-D Accelerator at Telstra, Executive Director at Workday Foundation, VP of All Things Fun, Meaningful & Rewarding (and founding member) at Salesforce Foundation and as a country lead for Coralus (formerly SheEO). Because of these experiences and beliefs Playful Purpose (www.playfulpurpose.com) was launched.
