Julie is a senior leader and executive with three decades experience across diverse roles within State government, the property and tertiary education sectors. Her expertise is in strategy development, facilitation, stakeholder collaboration, business case development, complex property and infrastructure contractual structures, negotiations and delivery. She is passionate about leadership, developing workplace cultures based on collaboration and shared values, regional economic diversification and development, place making and social prosperity.
Julie is Chair of the Property Council of Australia’s Hunter Chapter Committee. Julie has initiated her own consulting practice, Compose Consulting in late 2022 specialising in strategy development and leadership coaching.
