Julie has over 20 years of industry experience both agency and client side, in roles with a CRM focus. As CEO, Julie is responsible for running the agency and ensuring we deliver best-in-class CX for our clients. Julie has been a committed supporter of the industry, and acted as Chair and Board Member for ADMA, as well as taking part in speaking and mentoring initiatives. Her involvement was acknowledged in 2014 with the coveted AC&E Jon Clark Outstanding Contribution Award.
