Jodi Glass is an experienced CEO, Non-Executive Director, and Board Chair with a 30-year career in arts leadership and governance. Inspired by a theatre performance she saw as a child, Jodi's passion for the arts led her from regional Western Australia to a distinguished career in Adelaide.
With a background in theatre arts and creative writing, Jodi has held key leadership positions including CEO of Adelaide Fringe, co-founder and Executive Producer of Slingsby Theatre Company, and Executive Director/CEO of State Theatre Company South Australia. Her career highlights include producing international theatre co-productions and leading digital transformations in the arts sector.
Currently, Jodi serves on the board of Adelaide Venue Management Corporation and is Chair of Chamber Music Adelaide. She's also a facilitator and coach for boards and CEOs, specialising in purpose-led business transformation.
A Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Jodi has been recognised as a South Australian Finalist in the Telstra Business Women's Awards. She's passionate about supporting and championing women's success, drawing from her own experiences with mentors who have made a significant impact on her career.
Jodi describes herself as a lifelong learner and someone who loves to laugh. When not working, she enjoys walking her dog and spending time with her family in Adelaide.
