After spending 15 years working on large transformation programmes companies across Europe, the US and Australia, Jodi left the corporate world in 2017 to focus on executive coaching and facilitation. By combining positive psychology, results-based coaching and business theory Jodi works closely with individuals and teams to help them gain the skills and knowledge they need to boost their satisfaction and performance.
