As a Chair and Non-Executive Director, Jo-Anne’s ambition is to work with organisations that facilitate a
better financial future for all Australians, and especially women.

Jo-Anne is Chair of the Compensation Scheme of Last Resort, Chair of SPSL ServicesCo, and Chair of the
Shalom Institute, as well as Non-Executive Director of Colonial First State’s superannuation trustee, and a
Non-Executive Director of the Sydney Financial Forum and the Australian Israel Chamber of Commerce.

Jo-Anne is an active Mentor with Mentor Walks in Sydney, a member of Chief Executive Women, and a
Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

With a 40-year global career as a CEO, Board Director, Business Leader and Industry Leader, Jo-Anne’s
experience is grounded in highly regulated sectors including financial advice, insurance and
superannuation, but always with a focus on customers. Jo-Anne’s career has spanned both the private
and public sectors; the UK and Europe, the US and Australia; and most sectors of the financial services
industry.

Jo-Anne is known for being a collaborative leader who brings people together to solve problems using
creative problem-solving techniques, and enabling diverse voices to be heard.
