Jillian is a Chemical Engineer by original training and also holding a Masters of Business and Technology. She has worked for BlueScope since 2002 in a range of engineering, operations, and innovation roles including Plate Mill Rolling Manager from 2012-2014. She is now the Innovation Portfolio Manager for the Australian Steel Products business, looking across a range of product development projects.
