Jenn is the co-founder and director of rapidly-scaling consultancy and advisory, Wingmaven, which leverages her successful career as a a CMO in conjunction with her experience as an organizational coach and business leader.

She has built, re-designed and evolved high-performing teams/divisions as a Marketing Director and Executive General Manager in fast-paced, high-growth technology businesses (SEEK, Xero) as well as mature corporate institutions (NAB, Vodafone). This ‘lived experience’ as a senior business leader and strategic marketer/communicator, combined with coaching accreditation from the Institute of Executive Leadership & Coaching and Gallup, make her uniquely equipped to work with leaders to embrace their strengths and lead authentically with intent and confidence.

Her dedication to leadership coaching is borne from a belief that leadership is not ‘one size fits all’, an enduring passion for enabling ‘people outcomes’, and pure joy at bearing witness to lightbulb moments that lead to positive change.
