Jenet has been a senior executive with over two decades of leadership experience across the Australian Public Service, having worked at six departments and agencies including the Department of Finance and the Australian Bureau of Statistics. Prior to the APS she worked in the private IT sector and in state governments in Western Australia and Victoria. With a Master's degree in Organisational Psychology, she has a passion for helping organisations achieve their highest level of performance through their systems, people and processes.

Since leaving full-time work from the APS, she has focused on governance and assurance roles for state and federal government. She was also appointed Adjunct/Associate Professor at the University of Canberra in 2024, within the Faculty of Business, Government, and Law. Jenet brings a people-centred approach grounded in practical experience across policy, operations and organisational change.
