Jen has been with EY Canada Consulting for 1.5 years, following 20+ years in leadership roles in leading businesses in England - spanning Consumer Retail and Telecommunications sectors, and also consulting earlier in her career. She has led several large digital transformations, run multi-national software development teams, alongside technology operations, security and infrastructure - but her main skills are focused on 'translating' between strategic business value and technology enablers. She is a passionate DEI advocate, and leads 'Women in Consulting' nationally for EY.
