Women in Banking & Finance
Jen Dalitz is a non-executive director and the CEO of Women in Banking and Finance (WiBF), whose corporate members represent major Australian trading banks, investment banks, fund managers, ASX listed corporates, government departments, law firms and accounting firms and collectively employ over 200,000 individuals.
A former career banker and management consultant with a top tier global firm, Jen took up the role of CEO at WiBF because she is passionate about driving change in the gender composition of leadership across the sector. She has become a recognised thought leader on diversity and inclusion, most particularly on issues relating to women in leadership.
A CPA qualified finance professional, Jen also holds an MBA from the AGSM, is a Graduate of the Company Directors Course and an accredited Executive Coach.
She has 15 years’ experience on governance and advisory board in the financial services, agricultural and education sectors; and has founded three start-up businesses. She currently serves on the Board of Qudos Bank, Surfing NSW and the UNSW Alumni Advisory Board, and is a NSW Divisional Councillor of CPA Australia.
Away from work, Jen is a keen equestrian and competes regularly with trusty steed, Shamus, across the three Eventing disciplines of dressage, showjumping and cross country. You'll also find her regularly at an AFL game, either watching her son play or cheering on the mighty GWS Giants.
