A former career banker and management consultant with a top tier global firm, Jen took up the role of CEO at WiBF because she is passionate about driving change in the gender composition of leadership across the sector. She has become a recognised thought leader on diversity and inclusion, most particularly on issues relating to women in leadership.

Away from work, Jen is a keen equestrian and competes regularly with trusty steed, Shamus, across the three Eventing disciplines of dressage, showjumping and cross country. You'll also find her regularly at an AFL game, either watching her son play or cheering on the mighty GWS Giants.
