Janette has been a company director for over 25 years and a
Fellow of the AICD. She is currently a Non-Executive Director
of Vicinity Centres, Tabcorp, Costa Group, AVCo, KM Property
Funds and Visit Victoria. She is a past NED of Nine
Entertainment, AURL (Foodworks), Monash Digital, Wellcom
Worldwide, the Melbourne Theatre Company and the
Melbourne International Festival of the Arts.

Janette has a depth of experience in China both in Operations
and Marketing including living and working in China in an
Executive capacity for Galaxy Entertainment Group. She is a
seasoned marketing, digital and operations executive with over
30 years experience developing and implementing business
and brand strategies that drive profitable growth.

She has worked in the digital space since the late 1990s in various
capacities including leading a digital start-up company, as CEO
of an ASX listed digital media company, along with developing
and implementing numerous digital strategies across a
multitude of business sectors. She has a passion for mentoring
entrepreneurs and working with companies focused on driving
innovation and growth.

She has broad industry experience
across multiple sectors including digital, marketing &
communications, media, retail, hospitality, property, gaming
and manufacturing.
