Jane leads the Operations and People Business Unit at MLC Life Insurance.

Jane is responsible for delivering on our commitment to optimal Total Customer Experience while strengthening the company's performance culture by developing and implementing strategies in all aspects of human resource management. The Operations and People functions include Customer Contact; Underwriting and Admin; Sustainability and Corporate Affairs; Performance and Reward; Learning and Development; HR Business Partnering; and People Operations.

Before joining MLC Life Insurance Jane has held executive and senior leadership roles in various ASX listed and non-listed companies in the Health, Funds Management, Superannuation, and Insurance industries.

Outside her extensive HR leadership and organisational coaching experience, Jane's management roles have also included Project Management, Cultural Change and Business Development. Jane has post graduate qualifications in Organisational Coaching and Leadership.

Immediately prior to joining MLC Life Insurance Jane was the Chief People Officer at Estia Health.
