She has led large-scale business integrations, M&A transactions, significant organisational cultural change programs, risk uplift programs, remediation programs, cross-functional business transformation projects, and the embedment of customer cultures that successfully supports business strategy. She has extensive experience in working cohesively with regulators, industry bodies, intermediaries, boards, executive teams, customers and key internal and external stakeholders.
