Jane McConville is the Founder and Principal Consultant of FiveSeven Consulting, a boutique investigations and HR advisory firm based in Australia. With more than 20 years' experience across human resources, risk, and organisational development, Jane brings a practical, grounded, and values-driven approach to the often-complex world of workplace culture and compliance.
After building a career in senior industrial relations, investigation and executive leadership roles across not-for-profit, education, and consulting sectors, Jane founded FiveSeven in 2017 with a clear mission to simply, efficiently and candidly support organisations:
To provide independent and compliant workplace investigation & resolution support;
To offer expert advice without outsourcing ownership; and
To help businesses build internal capability.
She is a DISC Advanced Accredited Consultant, an experienced licenced workplace investigator, and a trusted advisor to executive teams who value her calm, curious, and solution-focused style.
Jane holds qualifications in Law, Environmental Science, and Governance, reflecting her multi-disciplinary thinking and systems-based approach to solving people problems. She also serves as Chairperson of Atwea College, a role that reflects her long-standing commitment to education, community leadership, and empowering people through learning.
