Jane is an accomplished Senior Human Resources Executive with over 30 years’ experience in various industries including Financial Services, Technology, Agriculture, Insurance and Profes-sional Sport and Not for Profit across Asia Pacific, Europe, and the US. She is a highly commer-cial HR practioner always ensuring the people strategy is aligned to business outcomes and has led several large transformation programs in Companies including large M&A activities in complex organisations.

She has deep expertise and a passion for finding and managing great talent both internally and externally helping them be the best they can be. She also has a passion for supporting women navi-gate their careers and remove the blockers they often face.

Jane’s unique style has led her to be sought after to provide career advice and as an executive coach to leaders at every stage of their careers including the CEO. She is a member of the advisory board for the HR degrees at Deakin University and has previously been a business advisor for a technology company in Sydney designed to help founders to scale their businesses locally and into the United States, as well as having been a Board Member for a small consulting firm.

Outside of work she is passionate about running and health and is a Run Director for her local Parkrun.
