Ilea has over 20 years of leadership experience as a director, founder and advisor. She helps organisations understand and reduce their environmental footprint through practical carbon measurement, decarbonisation strategy and governance alignment.
Ilea is a Climate Active Registered Consultant and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She has served on AICD’s national reporting committee and contributes to national work on product-level emissions transparency. She also sits on the ACT Government’s Energy Innovation Fund Board and serves as Deputy Chair and Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee at Corryong Health.
As founder of Evalue8 Sustainability, Ilea builds systems that link carbon and financial data so businesses can turn climate insight into action. She also mentors founders and leaders who are growing purpose-driven ventures and working to make a positive environmental or social impact.
