Helen joined Insurance Commission of Western Australia as Chief Operating Officer in July 2024. Helen’s sector experience includes utilities, health and aged care, in finance and operational executive roles.

Helen enjoys leading large teams, with a particular focus on developing future leaders and creating healthy work environments to enhance both business and people outcomes.

In addition to executive roles, Helen is also a Non-Executive Director, for Luson Aged Care.
