Helen started her career at Deloitte as a graduate in the London office and moved to Sydney in 1997 on the global development program. After transferring permanently she became a partner in the audit and advisory group (A&A) in June 2004.

She was appointed as leader of the firm's Western Sydney and Canberra (Canwest) A&A practice in December 2010. She was appointed as the Managing Partner of Deloitte Papua New Guinea in October 2014, with appointment as Chief Operating Officer of Deloitte Private within the Australian firm in April 2017 and as the Western Sydney Office Managing Partner in August 2019.

Helen's experience covers audit and assurance services to clients in many industries, with a focus on real estate, consumer business, not for profit and healthcare. She was previously the leader of the firm's national senior living group, which focuses on the aged care and retirement village sectors.

She is known for being highly collaborative and focussed on high quality service to her clients with a focus on talent development across her teams.

Helen is currently a non Executive Director on the board of SDN Children's Services and Good 360 Australia and was previously a non Executive Director on the board of Equestrian Australia Limited and Smile Foundation.
