With over 16 years of experience as a non-Executive Director on for-purpose Boards spanning healthcare, early education, aged care and social services, sport, technology, and consumer logistics, I bring deep cross-sector insight and strategic leadership to each boardroom that I join. I have served as Board Chair/President, Finance and Risk Committee Chair, Property Committee Chair, and Governance and Remuneration Committee Member—roles that have given me a well-rounded perspective and the ability to add value across all facets of governance.

My executive background includes my current role as the lead partner for KMPG in Greater Western Sydney and over 20 years as a Partner at Deloitte, working closely with C-suite executives, boards, and audit and risk committees across a broad range of industries. I have held senior market-facing and operational leadership roles—including international assignments—where I drove cultural and commercial transformation, led large, diverse teams, and supported clients through external audit, M&A, IPO readiness, capital raising, and finance function change.

Above all, I’m a collaborative and empowering leader, known for cultivating collaborative, high-performing environments and providing clear, forward-thinking strategic direction. I am passionate about mentoring the next generation and helping organisations achieve sustainable, risk-aware growth.

I am currently a Non-Executive Director on the boards of SDN Children’s Services, Good360 Australia and Your Side Australia, where I focus on organisational growth, transformation, and risk governance, including cyber risk. I am the independent Chair responsible for the establishment of the newly formed Finance, Audit and Risk Committee for NECA, a national member-based association supporting electrical and communications contractors.
