Genevieve is a highly accomplished senior executive, director, change facilitator and executive coach with a proven track record of achievement in leading organisations through major transformations to produce sustainable commercial results. She has worked across multiple industries, having started in health, then insurance and risk management and has then spent the last decade or so in General Manager roles at Wesfarmers and Coles across health, insurance and supply chain. She is the author of Mentally at Work (2020) and Shrinking Elephants (2024) focused on create mentally healthy environments and effectively navigating conflict. She has been the executive co-sponsor for Pride at Coles and is now on the executive Advisory Board for Pride in Diversity, inspired by her desire to create a better world for her own transgender son. Her specialties include strategic planning, leadership and culture change, mental health in the workplace, diversity and inclusion, conflict resolution, psychological safety and career planning (and living).
