Fiona has over 20 years experience in senior leadership positions and more than 30 years demonstrated history of working in the primary health care sector. Appointed to the position of CEO of HealthWISE when it commenced operations in July 2015, Fiona is skilled in strategic and operational planning, leadership and management, financial management, governance and building partnerships.

HealthWISE is a registered charity and provider of mental health, allied health, Aboriginal health and primary health care nursing across the New England North West of NSW and Darling Downs West Morton region of QLD. Under Fiona's tenure, HealthWISE has undergone significant expansion in a competitive market, expanding its income base to ensure sustainability.

Fiona leads 'The Exchange', an initiative to foster an exchange of ideas between women in business and leadership roles. Winner of the NSW Regional Business Prize for Excellence in Workplace Inclusion for the New England Region (2018); NSW Business Awards Regional finalist 2019 for Employer of Choice; NSW Business Awards 2019 Regional finalist Outstanding Business Leader; Nominee Telstra Business Women of the Year 2008.
