Fiona MacLeod is General Manager Strategic Retail for the newest division of Visy, Visy Retail Services. Fiona is responsible for working with the retailers to deliver sustainable packaging solutions across their product portfolios and growing a retail facing consumer business.
Prior to this, Fiona was the State General Manager of Visy Board NSW, where she was responsible for driving the operations, safety, sales and logistics of the business. She built a diverse leadership team and improved the overall diversity of the business. Fiona has also held Strategic Sales roles with Visy. Before joining Visy, Fiona held Sales and Safety & Risk Management positions in companies such as Goodman Fielder, Opal and Integral Energy .
Fiona has previously held volunteer Board positions with Equestrian NSW, was an accredited Showjumping judge and has been and Event Director a range of international equestrian events across Eventing and Showjumping.
