Erica was appointed Chief Executive of The Iconic in late 2018. Prior to this she was the Managing Director of the Super Retail Group for the Sports Retailing Division which incorporates rebel, Amart Sports and Infinite Retail. Prior to joining Super Retail Group she held a number of executive positions at organisations including Specialty Fashion Group, Harvey Norman, Tech Pacific and Rebel Sport and has over 20 years retail experience. Erica is President of the Australian Sporting Goods Association and a board member of A-League Club Sydney FC. She is passionate about sport and retail, and she is also passionate about supporting women in both of these fields.

Her passion and experience saw her lead the social media arm of the Teach Us Consent campaign, pulling mandatory consent education for Australian students over the line in March 2022.

She is currently completing her Bachelor of Communications (Social and Political Science) at UTS and is most energised and inspired when surrounded with powerhouse women.
