Emma is a dynamic business leader with over 25 years' experience in strategy development and execution, business management, marketing and customer experience, transformation, communication and consulting roles. She is a strategic thinker who mixes practical commercial sense and an excellent understanding of business operating models to make informed decisions. She has led large divisions as a C-Suite, worked as a trusted advisor to Boards and CEOs and has been a Board member at the Brisbane Writers Festival for over five years. She is currently teaching at Kaplan Business School and providing advisory services in large scale change.
