She has been a small business owner in the well-being and beauty industry for 25+ years. That’s where she first got introduced to coaching to help run her business, manage staff, keep her head in the game, and build her business faster than by going it alone!
She quickly learnt that the state of her business directly reflected her mental and emotional state. Move forward 30-odd years, and now she's the coach!
Elke's long-term clients regard her highly for her warmth, passion and commitment to going above and beyond. Elke is passionate about growth and helping people and businesses to succeed!
