Elaine Vaisanen is head of APAC Fund Services Operations and ANZ CIB Operations, responsible for the Operational teams across the region supporting APAC Fund Services and has an additional locational responsibility and accountability for the Securities Services Operations team in Australia and New Zealand, delivering operational services across Custody, Fund Services and Trading Services for ANZ domiciled clients, leading the overall strategy and execution of the Operations agenda for the franchise.

Elaine has 27 years of Securities Services experience, 25 of which have been with J.P. Morgan Fund Services. Prior relocating to Sydney, Australia from Europe in 2023, Elaine held the position of the head of EMEA Fund Accounting NAV Operations, Tax and Governance, as well as the Head of Luxembourg Fund Services Operations.

A passionate advocate for talent development, Elaine is deeply committed to mentoring and has been actively involved in creating and sponsoring mentorship and apprenticeship programs over the past three decades, focused on building inclusive pipelines, accelerating capability uplift, and supporting career progression at all levels.

Elaine holds an MBA in Business Administration, and a BA Hons from University College Dublin.
