Vicky has almost 20 years of experience in research and development, commercialisation and technology activities and investment. This includes over a decade building and expanding new advisory practices and major initiatives in R&D and innovation which she has done in Australia and overseas. Her work extends into national and regional strategic discussions in research and innovation. Vicky’s key professional interests are in strategic engagement, partnerships and research translation, in particular, expanding the impact of R&D and innovation by bridging the commercial, research and government environments.

She has coached/ mentored through organisations she has worked in, university alumni programs and through referrals for 15 years.
