She is a Board Director for Australian Gender Equality Council (AGEC), a not-for-profit that supports and promotes gender equality; ‘Project Management Institute (PMI) Melbourne Chapter’- a global professional membership organisation dedicated to the advancement of project management excellence; and Afghan Women on the Move (AWOTM) – a not-for-profit that supports the health, mental wellbeing, individual growth and development of Afghan and other women of diverse backgrounds in Australia.

Divya is an Advisory Council member for National Association of Women in Operations, Victorian Multicultural Commission and City of Casey.
