Di is the Managing Director and co-founder of Skildare, a Human Resources consultancy that provides fully resourced HR services. She is a passionate People and Culture specialist with a strong commitment and a proven track record in the HR field in the Hunter and beyond. She is a clear thinker with a strong strategic and creative approach when leading her team to achieve the best outcomes for her clients.

After graduating from university, Di has amassed 27 years of HR experience which commenced with a decade of corporate HR before turning her focus to specialise in the SME market. As an HR leader, she is driven to provide smart, pragmatic HR solutions, paying close attention to the employee experience, and mitigation of risk, and a return on investment for her clients.

Di has led the Skildare team to be the most sought-after in the Hunter due to their rare combination of HR expertise and commercial acumen.
