Deirdre has extensive Australian and Asian experience as a management consultant, corporate executive and academic helping organisations implement business strategy and improve business performance through effective people management. Relocating from Australia to Hong Kong in 2004, she has participated in the dynamic growth of Asian businesses in Hong Kong, China and across the region.

She is passionate about culture building, organisational change, governance, talent and reward strategies. Deirdre has extensive consulting experience supporting clients from both domestic and global organisations across diverse industries including banking and financial services, consumer products, hospitality, utilities, agriculture, transportation and education. She is also deeply committed to developing people and is actively involved in leadership development, executive coaching and mentoring programs, as well as corporate inclusion and diversity interest groups in Australia and Hong Kong.

Deirdre is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of OBE Organic, the world’s oldest organic beef exporting company. She has also recently been appointed to the Board of Outward Bound International, a global non-profit network of experiential outdoor education organisations. Deirdre is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Member of the Australian Psychological Society and the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management.
