Darlene is an experienced CEO and NED who operates with thoughtfulness, social conscience and empathy, with a value driven commitment to people and community.

Darlene is the CEO of the Commonwealth’s LSL Fund (CLSL). CLSL is the national Regulator and Custodian of employee portable LSL benefits in the coal mining industry. Beyond leading the team, the role extends to policy advice, portfolio funds management and stakeholder management with Federal Government and industry peak bodies.

Darlene was a Director of Mercy Services Ltd and member of their Finance and Audit Committee (Aged Care industry). Prior to this, Darlene has held executive roles across financial services and mining industries, and held the position of CFO and Company Secretary at Kip McGrath Education Centres Limited (ASX:KME).

Darlene was also a mentor in the Women in Mining (WIMnet) NSW Mentoring Program in 2022.
