Dan is a board member and board advisor to a few Singapore listed companies including First Resources, Yeo Hiap Seng, and Venture Corporation. Dan has experience serving different board committees and currently is the Chair of Remuneration Committee.

As a seasoned business leader in consumer goods and dairy ingredients industries, Dan had a successful history of driving growth and profitability at multinational groups such as Heinz, LEGO and Fonterra in Southeast Asia, China, and global markets. With an MBA from IMD and certification in Corporate Governance from INSEAD, Dan brings a wealth of knowledge to the boardroom.
