Claire is currently the General Manager of Digital Operations and Ventures, Coles Digital. Where she is responsible for providing a unified customer experience including ‘anywhere, anytime, anyhow’ shopping for the Coles customer and B2B businesses.

Prior to that she was the General Manager of eCommerce, Loyalty & Digital Marketing & B2B for the Coles Liquor Group, Liquorland, First Choice Liquor Marketing and Vintage Cellars, where she successfully transformed the eCommerce business delivering triple digit sales growth, whilst also building a profitable eCommerce business.

Prior to joining Coles Liquor, Claire was the General Manager of Multi Channel for Sigma Pharmaceuticals, where she led the development of their eCommerce business, with a strong focus around delivering a multi channel offer to support the 900+ pharmacies compete against big box retailers.

She previously held senior leadership roles in New York and in Australia within global agencies and ASX listed companies across brand, marketing, operations, supply chain and eCommerce.
