Cast Professional Services

Cindy is co-founder and MD of Cast Professional Services. She has over 20 years management consulting experience, mostly with The Boston Consulting Group where she was a Principal and then General Manager of the Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland offices.

Cindy is the Chair of The Bread & Butter Project, Australia's first social enterprise artisan bakery, investing 100% of profits to create employment pathways for refugees and people seeking asylum in Australia. She is on the Board of the Community Refugee Sponsorship Association, is a Steering Committee member of The Project Rise pro bono business mentoring program for social enterprises, and a member of the national judging panel for the Westpac Foundation Social Change Fellowship. She is also an Advisory Group member of social enterprise start-ups such as Caia for women's health, Migrant Women in Business, and CommUnity Construction Group.

Earlier in her career, Cindy was a member of the Executive Team of a large Australian law firm, Corrs Chambers Westgarth and, before her 13 years with BCG, was a sales and brand manager with Unilever Australia.

Cindy has an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management where she was awarded a Commonwealth Scholarship, including an exchange semester with the Wharton School of Finance in the University of Pennsylvania. She is married and has three wonderfully creative sons who are now young adults.
