Cindy is an independent consultant providing advisory, assurance and coaching services. Following a diverse career in the Commonwealth Public Service in a broad range of senior executive positions, Cindy is now focussed on working on a portfolio of activities. Drawing on experience in government policy, service delivery, governance, and corporate services in organisations such as the Department of Home Affairs, Services Australia, the Australian Taxation Office, and the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, Cindy's focus is on providing independent support and advice to organisations and individuals in the areas of strategy, governance, HR and IT.

Through her career which has spanned some 38 years, Cindy has always valued being mentored and mentoring and has enjoyed supporting many colleagues, building relationships, and creating friendships.
